What does “spend per year” mean?
It means you have a period of one year to spend the minimum amount it takes to reach a certain tier. So say Jen spends $75 today and reaches the Best Friend tier. She now has one year to spend another $75 to sustain that tier and all of its perks.
Do my points expire?
Nope! Points never expire. Save them or spend them—it’s up to you.
What's the birthday gift?
The birthday gift is always changing and might be a product, a discount, or something else.
Will my past purchases count towards my points and tier?
We’ll begin tracking purchases at our program launch on 5/1/19.
What happens when I return items?
If points were redeemed on an item that’s returned, those points will be added back into your account. If points were earned on an item that’s returned, those points will be deducted from your account.
Can you combine multiple accounts into a single account?
Sorry, but we can’t combine accounts at this time.
When I redeem my points for a discount at checkout, can I also use a coupon code?
The way our system works is that point redemptions are turned into a coupon code, and unfortunately can’t be used with another coupon code.
What are the details surrounding free shipping?
Upon signing up for rewards, our standard free shipping minimum of $50 is lowered to $35. Once you spend $75 in a year, you'll get free shipping on every purchase. This applies to standard shipping in the contiguous USA only.
