  • The pickup day does not count as a day in transit-expedited shipments may take one additional business day.

RETURNS

For orders placed starting November 1, 2022, we are extending our holiday return window to January 15, 2023. We offer FREE returns in the contiguous USA. To start a return, visit our Returns Center.

  • You can return any items purchased in the last 30 days that aren’t marked as final sale.
  • You cannot return items that were free gifts, promotional items with retail value, purchased longer than 30 days ago, or marked as final sale.
  • If your order was delivered in the U.S., your return is free. Once your return is authorized, you’ll receive a free prepaid shipping label. Customers are responsible for returns delivered outside of the US - please contact info@bando.com for more information.
