HOLIDAY SHIPPING CUTOFFS
For orders shipping in the United States, here are our guidelines for what method to choose for delivery by 12/24.
- 12/18 at 11:59 pm PST: Free/Standard Shipping
- 12/19 - 12/21 at 11:59 pm PST: UPS 2nd Day Air
- 12/22 at 11:59 pm PST: UPS Next Day Air

- Free standard shipping in the contiguous USA on orders $75+
- $6.95 standard shipping in the contiguous USA on orders under $75
- International rates vary—find out at checkout
SOME NOTES!
- We’re unable to change or cancel an order once it’s placed. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please contact us at info@bando.com for any additional information.
- Orders placed after 7 am CST on Friday will process the following Monday.
- The pickup day does not count as a day in transit-expedited shipments may take one additional business day.
- We're not responsible for UPS or USPS shipping delays.
- Customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility.
- UPS does not ship on weekends.
- UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes-a valid street address is required!
RETURNS
EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS: Orders placed between November 1 and December 25 will be eligible for return or exchange through January 31.

SOME NOTES!
- You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return request.
- You cannot return or exchange items that were free gifts, promotional items with retail value, or marked as final sale.
- A $5.95 fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Please allow approximately 7-14 business days for return processing after we receive your return. You will receive a refund notification from us when your return has been processed, and refunds will take an additional 3-5 business days to credit back to your requested form of payment.
- Please note: ban.do is not responsible for any items not purchased from ban.do returned to us by mistake.
- All items should be returned in original condition, with original packaging and tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for returns delivered outside of the US - please contact info@bando.com for more information.
