Do my points expire?
Starting after 7/23/24, points will expire 6 months from when they are earned. Any points earned prior to 7/23/24 will expire on 1/23/25.

What's the birthday gift?
The birthday gift is a discount code that will be emailed to you on the day of your birthday. Birthday codes expire 1 month after they are rewarded, and cannot be combined with other coupon codes.

Will my past purchases count towards my points and tier?
Purchases do not begin earning points until you have signed up for an account on bando.com. Purchases made prior to signing up will not count.

What happens when I return items?
If points were redeemed on an item that’s returned, those points will be added back into your account. If points were earned on an item that’s returned, those points will be deducted from your account.

Can you combine multiple accounts into a single account?
Sorry, but we can’t combine accounts at this time.

When I redeem my points for a discount at checkout, can I also use a coupon code?
The way our system works is that point redemptions are turned into a coupon code, and unfortunately can’t be used with another coupon code.

I referred multiple friends and received multiple $10 coupon codes. Can I use them all at the same time?
Sorry, but $10 referral coupon codes cannot be combined with each other, points redemptions, or any other coupon codes.
